Nicole Tyler First came to Big 5 when we bought a 2021 ford that had a death wobble trying to figure out why and what needed to be replaced. They were very helpful. Now I’m back again for an oil change on my ram 3500. Everything went smoothly and I’m back on the road! I haven’t had a bad experience yet!

Albert Morales Great shop. 617 rescued us from two other shops in the area that couldnt get the job done right. I had a differential breakdown and initially took truck to two other shops. First one screwed us and 2nd one claimed that it was the wrong size differential. They couldnt line up the bolts. Roland was called as a favor and he lined it right up. Needless to say, I took my truck out of that shop and took it to Roland. He got me fixed in no time and sent me on my way. Very good reasonable rates as well. You wont go wrong with this shop. Lots of knowledge. Thank you Roland for taking on another shops mess.

April Spence I took my vehicle here for a rear end collision repair. Ended up being the best decision I could have made. I noticed the new paint job instantly! The paint is flawless with no bubbles or blurry spots like I have had in the past with other body shops. Also, I sincerely appreciate Cait for having the patience to communicate on my behalf with the insurance company. Jim Green Relatively new to area and needed to find a good trustworthy mechanic around Marshall for my motorcycle. My bike needed some dreaded internal engine work before my upcoming road trip. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work performed at this shop. Sam is the man and has my street glide running like a champ again. He even found and fixed a couple of minor issues discovered while road testing that had went undetected by Motor Company mechanics and my old wrench. I will absolutely utilize them for my truck and bike service needs in the future. Just real good people who do real good work for real reasonable prices.
