5 /5 KEVIN SCHINESTUHL: Mr. Ortiz is the best. He has worked on my CTS-Vsport, Mercedes, and my Dodge. Anytime I have a problem he is open to take a look, then calls me up and lets me know what he thinks is happening. He charges better than anyone else around. Im sorry to see him retiring but his crew can keep that shop going with the work they do.
