5 /5 Edmond Baker Jr: Im a resident of Clute, but I normally take my vehicles to the Lexus dealership in Houston for maintenance & repairs because I dont trust just anybody touching my cars lol, even though it costs me more, I have warranty on the work. Long story short, Lexus was giving me the "run around" regarding some braking & suspension issues on my LS 500 F-Sport that should have been covered under warranty, so I did a Google search & read the reviews for Js Auto & reluctantly took my car there. Lol I was pleasantly surprised when they confirmed the issues without me even saying a thing, so I filed a claim with the Lexus corporate office & told them I wanted Js Auto to service my car & NOT the Lexus dealership because they gave me the "run around". I authorized Js Auto to replace the parts, & after several weeks of going back & forth with the Lexus "Brand Ambassador" they agreed to reimburse me once I sent them a copy of my receipt.
