After attempting a jumpstart in the parking lot, I discovered the vehicle also had overheating issues and couldn’t be driven. After spending hours trying to find a solution, I came across JSV Shop. Although I was hesitant due to some negative reviews, I decided to give them a chance. Juan, the owner, kindly agreed to help, even though the shop was just five minutes from closing. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue, and I was back on the road within 40 minutes, able to drive home to Dallas without further problems. I 100% recommend JSV Shop and truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and prompt service.
