Joe Castillo Dr Oppeltz is a very friendly and patient explain everything step by step in very good detail and had a plan to take care of my situation. Dr. Oppeltz also treated my son when he was having alot of discomfort. Dr Oppeltz took good care before and after surgery on my son . Very Gald Dr Oppeltz care for him and know my husband will be in very good hands !!

Whitney Morales The bad reviews on google really made me pause before I took my daughter to this ENT, but my pedi recommended this provider, and Im so glad that I didnt go against her recommendation. We had a great experience with Dr.Franklin. He did an ear tube surgery on my 9 month old, and our follow up care has been great as well! He noticed one was clogged when we went in for our follow up and he took care of it right away. They prioritize babies and give the youngest kids the earliest appointments so as to get them in and out as quickly as possible.

Lisa Winston A multitude of screwups including almost injecting me with a drug to make my heart race for a stress test which the doc never ordered! Finally left after 2 years to work with a professional cardiologist and efficient staff.

Tiffany M I absolutely love the team here. I’ve been seen by this practice for years and have had very positive experiences. There was even a time I had a very bad panic attack at another doctor’s office, they reached out to my PCP here and that evening I received a phone call just to check in on me to make sure everything was ok. They genuinely care about your well-being, and don’t minimize your concerns. I have never been rushed through an appointment or ever been made to feel like I wasn’t a valued patient. Any recommendations they have ever had for my care have been discussed WITH me, and never forced on me. I have Sierra as my provider and she is the best!! Vicky at the front desk is always so awesome, too! This team is definitely professional, compassionate, and respectful. I’m very grateful for their care!

Matthew 10:36 Staff, Nurses, Doctors, all did their job with care and efficiency. Facility and bathrooms new and clean, nice open airy waiting room. Parking limited on front of building. Wife had acute pain due to kidney stones. We arrive around 5AM and are seen shortly after by a doctor. Images are taken, stones confirmed, pain management begins. New doctor arrives (their shift changed) aware of the situation and monitors my wifes pain levels while the ER admins work on a transfer to an urologist. 8AM, my wifes pain is reduced and tolerable, transfer to Baptist Northeast is seamless, she gets rolled straight into a room after a 10-minute wait in admissions (on a Sunday morning!). During our 3 hours stay, I got some solid chuckles reading the 1-star reviews. My favorite is the "I came in concerned about my health and requested an MRI, the doctor wouldnt give me one." I would give a minus half-star because the chairs in the rooms are not suited for long hour sits. But my comfort isnt really the concern and I cant give half-stars.

Lemyn Sage I had surgery here and from beginning to end, the whole experience was just unlike any Ive ever had in a doctor/hospital setting. The front staff were genuinely kind. The nurses were extremely personable and worked efficiently. The anesthesiologist were also information and all encouraging. Dr. Lano did my surgery and he truly is the best. My recovery is going to be a lot easier than I thought just for the simple fact that this place is being run exactly as it should. Thank you for taking care of me everybody!

Joe Merry The care received was excellent. The nurses and aides were friendly and professional. The therapy staff payed close attention to the very specific strengthening needs of each individual patient. The cleaning staff were friendly and kept the entire building spotless. My highest praise goes to the food service staff. I believe they are the binder that brings everything together. They not only cater to the needs of each patient but also provide extras for the staff bringing everyone together with a common interest…Good Food. The chefs believe good food with a smile contributes in a big way to healing, and I believe they are right!!! This was the only hospital stay I ever had that I gained weight.

NT James “Sping” Dr. Lee is a good doctor - and thats where the compliments will end. His staff are uncompassionate towards customers situations. In this case, due to a family member having a stroke with only a few days left on life support - we had to cancel an appointment 8 hours early, and the staff still tried to make us pay a "$60 late fee" based on a technicality that it is supposed to be a 24 HOUR late advance. Okay, but our FAMILY MEMBER WAS ACTIVELY DYING. Of course theres going to be harsh words at this sociopathic lack of care. The staff will then have the gall to remove you as a patient and hang up the phone simply because you push back against senseless cruel fees, and the staff will act surprised that they made someone legitimately upset over the insult of making someone pay a fee because they had to see their dying dad. Is it sociopathic behavior? You dont do that. A good practitioner would waive the fee. It is truly sickening, and others Ive talked to have agreed that what happened in this case was really, really wrong. Well - regardless, after the staff truly upset us with no compassion, they decided to kick us out. So do expect to deal with things like this from Grace Family Medicine. Im already expecting the reply - "But you talked to us so horrible on the phone" And yes, you got what you deserved for even daring to tell someone who just had to leave to rush to their dying Dad to pay a late fee.

Laura Weber My husband and I both see Dr Campos and have had great experiences with him. He takes his time with you and has a great bedside manner.

L Forest The absolute best emergency care I have ever experienced. The Dr.s were kind and compassionate and worked quickly to treat my symptoms, all the medical staff are top notch! Will only come here for emergent care the other locations pale in comparison. Only issue was the front desk person she was rude and kirk, when someone is visibly suffering its really hard to be treated like that.
