5 /5 Jason Davis: I called Juke Auto right when they opened to see if they could squeeze me in, my skid plate was dragging and making a terrible noise, and I wanted to get it fixed before it got any worse. I spoke with Sal on the phone, and he was incredibly friendly and told me to come right over, they’d be happy to take a look. And I’m so glad I did! The team at Juke Auto was fast, efficient, and honest. They fixed the issue quickly at a great price and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs like so many other shops tend to do. As a first-time customer, I was seriously impressed with the customer service and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for taking such great care of me today!

It is easy to use and allows your mechanic to provide written explanation and pictures for any issues they see. I worked with Bo and he was a great communicator and gave excellent HONEST advice on my options to move forward. They are definitely my go to shop in town from now on!
