5 /5 christina frederick: Kelsey Seybold is a great place for health care. You can get most of your medical needs met in one place. The locations I have been to have treated me with great care. They make you feel very comfortable. The front desk at Baytown location gives a cold reception compared to other locations. All in all, great care and nice facilities. The care team are awesome!! Oh and wait times are low. That’s a plus!!

5 /5 Josue & Queyla Garza: Dr. Gonzalez is an amazing doctor who is very caring. I went in with severe abdominal pain and was sent to get a CT Scan stat. She immediately made sure I had an appointment and called me with the results that evening. She is an amazing doctor and very caring.

5 /5 Emin Faki: Doctor Kimberly Gonzalez is the only reason I’m writing this review. She takes her time to understand what her patients need and goes by a case by case scenario. She doesn’t just prescribe you meds or do what you want, she cares about her people and truly wants to help them. I take my whole family to see her. She is THE BEST. I would giver her a 10/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 /5 Donna Harrison: 10/10 recommend!! I’m not even sure how a bad review exists about this Baytown location. The customer service is next levels. Every single person is kind and caring and ready to help you. I had such a great experience!! And the Lady in the lab I wish I would have got her name but she is a PRO!! I have deep veins and people tend to abuse me with the needle but she found it first time and even as she changed Vials she was so gentle. My first time there and it will definitely not be my last!

She is an incredible NP and is very attentive and listens carefully and gives great advice and recommendations that exceeded my expectations and above all her attention to my need to prescribe the proper medication to fix the issues and get the proper pain treatment and relief. Meaning there is not guessing or maybe this might work…. No she gets it right the first time! I highly recommend Hailey if you are looking for a PCP and someone to trust and put faith into!
