Not only on the car, but they even provided me a desk so that I could work while I waited for the service to be completed .I was in an out in less that 2 hours and as usual they provided me with next steps in my car maintenance plan for proactive maintenance.I like their approach of preventative and predictive maintenance which in turn prevents costly reactive repairs. I have never stepped into the dealership since I started taking my car to them, and I have had 20,000 miles of reliable driving miles since working with them . I highly suggest making an appointment before taking your car as this will guarantee they have the manpower to have your car serviced or repaired in a timely manner. W222 560

Fair prices, complete transparency with video of the repair, etc., coupled with truly outstanding customer service and communication. I plan to never take my car anywhere else.

5 /5 Critter Doc: Just discovered this place after noticing the outside of both front tyres was wearing prematurely, so my Audi Q7 needed a wheel alignment. The whole car was inspected and a few things need fixing, but no pressure sell or scare tactics to get them done immediately, which is rare nowadays. Great service at reasonable prices and, above all, trustworthy. Im really glad I found them for my future maintenance and repair needs.

5 /5 A Hepburn: This establishment is greater than 5 stars. I live out of town and was purchasing a car at a dealership near them and wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection. My sister took the vehicle to them and they were able to inspect it the same day and I only had one day to get this done. The staff are super friendly and genuinely care about their customers. Wish they were in my town.
