5 /5 Yvonne Colon-Villalobos: I had an outstanding experience with the service. I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room, and I was quickly attended to. Everyones concerns felt genuine, and even when I was admitted as a patient for five days, the level of care remained exceptional. From the nurses and doctors to the admission team, physical therapists, radiology and X-ray technicians, nurse assistants, and cleaning staff – every single person was superb, genuinely helpful, and attentive. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received. Thank you!

2 /5 George Baca: I took my wife to emergency after urology doctor told me to do so. She had four falls that night and that is what dealt us to take her to emergency. After telling doctor what had happened and also telling him that she had problems walking or using of her legs, her on going problem with UTI and that antibiotics work for a short time and has UTI again and again. After all of this what do they do, EKG, urine test and put in an IV line, but nothing admixtures only with Drew blood. Then subsequently gave me Patient Vist Infomation papers and for me to follow-up with a couple of doctors. ER is to be a health care provider, not a referral service. That is why we are assigned PCPS. Nurses were good to us, but doctor after what we told him should have done more. Like maybe questioning that she might be getting resistance to the antibiotics and needs to hospitalized to determine if that is the problem. UTI S create a lot of symptoms and he should know that. They have it written "These symptoms may represent a serious problem that is an EMERGENCY!

5 /5 Juana Soria: The registration process was easier and clearer than before. Dr. Harper and the nursing staff were very efficient, and they kept me informed every step of my husbands visit. You feel less anxious because of their professionalism. I will highly recommend Las Palmas for any emergency situation.

I went to another ER before them and you can right away tell the difference as soon as you walk in.....I had surgery and the treatment was as if I was part of their family. Thank you to everyone
