5 /5 george spriggs: I went to this clinic on 18 June 2024. I was concerned because I was confused about what I expected to happen with my situation. The star of the show, Gairen Johnson, explained everything in detail and answered my questions. He patiently entertained my rants. He was empathetic and compassionate sufficiently enough that if I could have given him an on the spot cash award, I would have done so. Dr. Gliddon, after Gairen, could not possibly be the icing or the cherry on the cake, but he was the cake and it was very good. He heard my concerns, listen to my issues with parting with my money based on recommendations that could be quite expensive, and he talked through a host of options. The bottom line is I can get the most pressing things done now and set up future visits to do other things later and at my own pace and comfort. Before departure, the front desk staff discussed costs, procedures, and times. Ultimately, I felt comfortable that things were quite affordable. Everyone was professional and personable. It seems that we share common experiences which really made this first time visit so very rewarding. Susanne (sp?) assured me that there would be no surprises or confusion when she called me on the 17th about my appointment for the 18th. She was very true to her word. I am comfortable with this clinic and I would refer others to use their services.
