I was given the total amount of the service and that was exactly what I was charged. I was told about another problem that was going to eventually need to be repaired. It was my decision to have it fixed at that time at the agreed on price. The customer service that I received from Andrew and all the employees was some of the very best Ive ever experienced! They were completely transparent and up front about what needed to be done and what it would cost.
