5 /5 Angela Spencer: In order to show the courtesy, professionalism, empathy, and loyalty that I continue to experience from Loving Nissan, I have to start from 2016.
In 2016, my mother suffered a stroke and had to participate in inpatient rehab at a local nursing facility. Unbeknownst to me, did i know that I would meet a young lady who would offer me the BEST REFERRAL FOR VEHICLE SERVICE. Maria works with Loving Nissan in the service dept. Just as she was when I met her in 2016, courteous, patient, understanding and always greets you with a smile; she was the same in 2022.
I relocated to Texas from Maryland in 2022. I was very pleased with my service team.with Nissan and wanted to find the same in Lufkin and I must admit that I have.
Steve is exceptional. He is upfront and honest and has open communication. I can see that his character traits are also seen in others in his department. This month, I met with Jaycn, who also exhibited professional courtesy and knowledge of my needs. I can see that he possesses the skills needed for future Leadership roles. The technician assigned to my most reent encounter is Kyle. Kyle is simply the best. He explained every issue to me and even offered alternatives or options available. The fact that he took the time to "do a ridealong with me" speaks volumes. He too was honest and advised that my car is aging and is facing more repairs in the future. I appreciate his candid and direct approach, even with a smile. Last but not least is the GM of the Service Department. Allen leads by example. He sets the tone and always has an.open door for his customers. I have witnessed him acknowledging customers by name. Allen initiates a genuine relationship with the customer and that speaks of his character. I know that this a detailed response, but to effectively share about how my most recent encounter with Loving Nissan. It was necessary. I would highly recommend Loving Nissan to others. Professional, courteous, empathetic, knowledgeable and relational are key values and characteristics that I have found with this organization. To think that it all started with my encounter with Maria in 2016, who referred me in 2022 and with Steve, Jaycn, Kyle and Allen who continues today. Thank you Loving Nissan for all that you do!
