N. García I have been a patient of Dr. Schneider for almost four years and while I have always adored him and his bedside manner, the staff left much to be desired. I visited yesterday for my annual physical and it was the best visit I have had. Most of the staff has been replaced and it shows. Ms. Edna, Dr. Schneider’s new nurse, was such a pleasure to interact with. Her bedside manner blew me away. Ms. Carol, the front desk associate, was very welcoming. I had never been greeted with smiles at the front desk, and yesterday we were giggling like children sharing secrets. Ms. Joni, the lab tech, was also very friendly and I didn’t even feel the pinch. I don’t expect my healthcare practitioners to be my best friends, but I do expect them to realize that as a patient, I am already in a vulnerable position and to make me comfortable during care. Mission accomplished as the energy in the office was abundantly light and friendly.

Jennifer Marr-Cravey Dr. Pearce was very thorough & listens to my issues, concerns, & answered my questions. It’s so hard to find a Dr. with a good bedside manner, but he is very thoughtful and caring and goes out of his way for his patients. He made sure I understood everything that we were doing, why we were choosing that treatment & what the next steps would be if that didn’t work. I’ve had so many terrible experiences, that I was pleasantly surprised to find him.

Richard Murphy I have had two procedures in 15 months at the Christus out patient surgical center, the staff is awesome! The nurse team and Dr’s take great care of you! Highly recommend this team for procedures. This procedure was the dreaded colonoscopy…the prep was the toughest, by the time I got to Christus, Dr Meriwether and team had me in and out in a flash. Thank you!

Аліна Панасюк I came on April 9, at 6:33 at the Main Office (2406 Hunter Road Suite 106) to make an appointment with Dr Polson. It was a horrible experience, the receptionist made a lot of mistakes with my name, email address, and street address, so I couldnt check in online because my information was wrong. But when I arrived at my appointment on May 3rd at 1605 Redwood R., the other receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she corrected all the mistakes and helped me with online check-in. I had an appointment with Dr Drew Polson and he was amazing. He listened to me carefully and asked what was bothering me, I felt that he devoted enough time to the patient and did not rush also he used Google Translate if I didnt understand some disease (because I am not a native speaker) which I really appreciated. I felt that I could ask everything that I wanted and add it to my blood test. Overall I highly recommend Dr. Polson as your family doctor.

Precision Pointe Ive been seeing Dr. Richardson for many years now, and I dont know what I would do if I ever had to switch. This Doctor cares and shows it. Im so happy hes a part of this amazing medical group!

JPLP Dr. Carroll is truly the best! He actually listens and has reviewed your history before your visit so hes up to speed. Hes patient and explains everything. I do wish I didnt have to travel to Austin for the procedures, but I guess once a year isnt so bad.

Cera Lee Dr. Castillo is a one of a kind doctor. He is honest, caring, and very passionate in what he does. His staff is very knowledgeable and extends the same professional hands as Dr. Castillo. Dr. Castillo has walked my wife through stage 4 cancer and has been treating me as well. Our family trust him and his staff with our lives. Its our lives that are still breathing today because of him and his caring staff. His team in San Marcos TX, are our life life boat in this crazy world. I could go on and on, but I will leave at this. Pure excellence through and through in his San Marcos TX, location. Thank you Dr. Castillo and staff....

Gabriela Anderson I had my baby here in July and they have the most amazing nurses who take care of you. Very clean and professional. I was honestly not too sure from the beginning about coming here just because there was no rating or comments but I was very impressed with all the nurses/staff who helped me before and after I delivered my baby. Good safe security as well before they let you in.
