Mavis Tires & Brakes - Marshall (TX)

5 /5 Avion VoiceMail: My wife was driving through Marshall and felt a thumping while she was driving. At first she thought it was a flat tire, but she checked the on board tire pressure monitor and it was all good. She then pulled over and checked her tires visually, but saw nothing wrong. She kept driving, another mile or so, but still felt something wasnt right. She pulled over again and checked, but didnt see anything wrong. She says she looked across the street and saw Mavis tire. She pulled in and in a few minutes they found a pair of needle nosed pliers piercing the tread on one of her tires. The pic below explains it all. My wife was so grateful and so am I that these guys were so knowledgeable. They got her a new tire the same size and sent her safely on her way. She said these guys were so friendly and respectful. 5 /5 Heather Burns: Amazing service! I was traveling home from vacation and had a tire blowout out in the middle of nowhere. After calling several tire shops to line up having my vehicle towed to a location that could replace this and my best case scenario up to calling Mavis was the next day. But Mavis despite being very busy said they would work us in after confirming they had what the needed to replace it. We were only delayed a few hours thanks to them instead of at best a day and a half if not 2 to 3 days! Pricing was very fair, and the service was fantastic!

5 /5 dus10: This place is awesome! I went in with a lot of work to be done. Keith worked on my alignment to a 6” lifted ford and even helped make sure the suspension was sound before alignment. Heck of a crew, and Karley at the front desk was very professional and helped me to the best of her ability. Walker took care of the oil change for me, just so happened to need that done at the time as well. All in all great place and got me back on the road in a timely fashion.
