Serena Pandos Great place, work is superior. Communication and reliability A+. Would not consider taking my business anywhere else. And I have a foreign car, a 2012 Mercedes Benz ML350 so I’m very pleased that my car runs great because of JG Auto. My AC was fixed and my batteries are replaced — all up and running great. And my engine is super clean after a fiasco with an animal taking shelter under my hood earlier this week! Like brand new. Thanks JG!

Jason Perez My 2005 Dodge Ram needed engine head gaskets replaced. This is major engine work but Sergio’s delivered after being recommended by my neighbor in a car club. Sergio made a point to correct all existing issues along with the main repair to ensure the job was done right. The price was fair and standard. Job took 2-3weeks but it is worth noting that the city sustained heavy storms during that time. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. He’s just a great guy.

Javi C After I made the mistake of taking my jaguar to Jesse’s radiator shop in San Juan. I brought it here to have it looked at since the check engine light turned on after a week of getting the vehicle back. Premium Automotive services checked out my vehicle and gave me a quote for the services that my vehicle was in dire need for and service that could wait. Yes the service was a little more expensive than tan a mom and pop place, but it was considerably cheaper than going to the dealership because I’ve owned my car for 10 years already and have paid quite a bit of money to the dealership over that period of time. For example my belt was replaced by them and it was about half of what I paid in the past to the dealership. I also like the fact that they offer nationwide warranty on replacement of certain things. Btw this is the second place outside of the dealership I’ve ever had work on my car and I will continue to come here so long as I own this vehicle

Flores Lorena Always has the job done when he says its gonna be done. If not he calls you. And he explains what he did to your car and what was wrong in great detail. Love this place!

Heaven Richey My brother and I bought a beat up van to travel in. And live in currently. We had the breaks checked out and they got the parts ordered and sent to them within an hour, very kind small business. Very helpful and very affordable. Never had a mechanic shop be as understanding and kind. If we could rate them 10 stars we would. Best place to go when you need good work done. They explained everything going on with our van and in understanding terms for people whom aren’t car nerds. And also helped unbolt our seats we needed out.

Nough Said Rick can fix anything in your car. And he always gives a fair price. There is never any shady business when dealing with Rick. I have my mom go to Ricks auto.

Alejandro Leon Robert (Humble Hands) has been servicing my vehicles for several years now. He is by far the most honest and professional mechanic I know. Recently I called him with an issue on my vehicle, and he told me it was something fairly simple to DIY. So I decided to try to fix it myself, and sure enough I was successful. He told me the process would probably take me a little less than an hour, and he was right. Thanks for keeping it real, Robert!

Joachim Almaguer Jay and His team worked really great on my truck. Overall this place is a 11/10. My wife hit a wild hog and then next day I came across this company and Jay showed up very quick and gave me a diagnostic on our truck. Quickly we got the truck to his shop and it was ready in a day and a half. He is very welcoming and the price for his work is great. Overall my experience was amazing!! S/O to the establishment, the owner and the workers!

Jaydrienne Communication was good. Work was done quickly. Top tier customer service as I had an emergency issue and they went above and beyond to help me. Service was fairly quick am prices are fair. They dont do appointments which can be tough to work around sometimes but they do what they can to help accommodate whatever is needed. Definitely recommend.
