5 /5 Geary Long: Had a problem with my wipers not working after driving in a bad storm. Was calling to schedule a wiper motor replacement. Service rep told me a simple fix to what I was doing wrong trying to fix myself over the phone without hesitation! Thats customer service! He just earned a customer from now on! Thanks for honesty and help! He has all my future Mercedes work!
