5 /5 Shannon Rice: Ariel in radiology/OR was just the sweetest! She helped me feel relaxed,calm and comfortable while getting some radiology testing. This was my first time ever getting a CT and I was a little nervous. She was very thoughtful and got me a warm blanket and let me know of expectations of length with each testing. I could tell she genuinely cared about my needs. Someone please give her a raise because that kind of kindness can not be taught and is very rare to come across! Thank you so much! Unfortunately, my husband has had to visit the ER multiple times due to post-surgery complications, but every single time, the care he has received has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were met with kindness, professionalism, and a true sense of urgency. The speed at which my husband was seen and treated was incredible. You can tell that every staff member genuinely cares about their patients. A special thank you to Dr. Fairless, PCT Lyric, and RN Robin—each of them provided outstanding care and made such a difference in our experience. Their compassion, expertise, and attentiveness put us at ease during such stressful moments. We felt truly seen and cared for, and that level of service means the world during a medical emergency. If you ever find yourself needing emergency care, know that you are in the best hands at Methodist Southlake ER!

5 /5 Matt Lafavers: I went in to the ER wheezing in my chest with lots of coughing. After further exams they found I had pneumonia in both lungs. The ER was great and got test started right away. Blood work, vitals, chest X-ray, and a CT scan which showed the pneumonia in both lungs. I was admitted quickly and I want to thank everyone in the ER and the Hospital. I especially want to thank Teresa Pruitt, RN for her kindness and great care in the ER. She was great, as everyone else was as well, during the whole process. Thanks to all for their kindness and care at Methodist Southlake Medical Center.

5 /5 Kurt Fisher: My outpatient experience was a 5 star experience. Everyone one of the staff exceptional. Highly recommend, level of care and professionalism couldnt be better. They all made the process run like a Swiss watch. Great teamwork! Last but not least a special shout out for RN Shane B. who went above and beyond in every way to make the whole procedure go smooth and successful.

5 /5 Jenny Zeppenfeldt: When I received the call from Urgent Care to advise me to go to Emergency, the first and only place I wanted to go to was Methodist Southlake. My first experience there went very well. My visit tonight went amazingly well considering circumstances. From the time I stepped in to check in, to the nurse (Charlotte) who took such good care of me, to Dr. Nguyen, I was taken care of efficiently, with care and empathy. And surprisingly, the service was amazingly fast. This is such a great facility and am thankful for the care and support they provided to me.
