I called Mikes after having my a/c compressor damaged at a dealers service department.
At every step of the process, the folks at Mikes communicated clearly and professionally. Im sorry I dont remember her name, but the lady in the office was great! She let us know the diagnostic fee when we called to set the appointment, and again when we dropped it off. She called to let us know process, pricing, & to get approval for everything they did on the Jeep. (None of this after-the-fact explaining why it was more than we were expecting.)
When I picked it up, they showed me the damage and explained how it was causing a short. Again, very professional and clear.
I was also extremely pleased with their turnaround time. We dropped it off on a Thursday around noon, and got a call Monday morning that it was ready!
It was still a pricey repair, but all the folks at Mikes made it a little easier to take!
