5 /5 Kelly Petty: These gentlemen are great they found many discounts to give me beyond any other place ever would. They were able to help me stay within a budget. Their office manager was kind and friendly and was able to show me the part cost and they had lifetime warranty on almost every part they put on my vehicle and it was life time part and labor and it said on my receipt life time warranty. Will always be using these folks.

1 /5 Carl Barnes: This person does a terrible job at auto repair Carrie had her car there 5Times and still could not get the needed repairs done. As a former Owner of an automotive dealership for over 10 years this person definitely needs to get some knowledge of auto repairs and how to treat his customers. Beware!!

Excellent customer service and he was transparent about the repair needed also answered all my questions which I was satisfied. The repair was completed promptly and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Mike auto repair to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable auto service. 1 /5 Carrie Sattler: Customer beware, brought my car to have a simple part replaced, had 2 faulty parts that were put on, gave him a chance to make it right because he just took the shop over, check engine light came back on again, took it back in, couldnt diagnose it or tell me what was wrong, when confronted, he stomped away like a child, text him about an estimate, no reply....think he is in over his head!!! Would not recommend taking your car here..... he states brung, not even proper English! Im strictly talking about the parts from your vendor, you could not tell me what the issue was the last time I came in, no diagnosis, no quote, I did not speed off lol, you complained about Fords and you stated that you hate working on these cars....I think after bringing it back 5 times, anyone would be frustrated, no confidence in your abilities period! Like I said BEWARE!!
