5 /5 joe switzenberg: Jacob called to schedule after my body shop hired him to reprogram my Toyota. He was considerate of my schedule, very flexible, arrived when he said he would and was very friendly. When he got there, he figured out that we lived in an area that was not very level, so He had the presence of mind to suggest that we move the car to a level spot so he could accurately calibrate it. He even noticed that there were some trim fixtures missing and went to his truck and got them and fixed what was missing. When he hooked up his computer to the car he realized that there was a plug that had not been re-plugged and he crawled underneath the car and plugged it in. Then he calibrated the car, and then he reset the calibration of the passenger seat because it was a safety issue. He went above and beyond and did an excellent job.
