He told me a price and guaranteed he would find the issue. We dropped it off and he made sure he heard our concerns and Justin made sure that the freezers stayed plugged in so the ice cream wouldn’t melt. He called us and said we got you fixed up. He found the issue and fixed it fast and efficiently. When it came time to pay, the price was what he originally said. No hidden fees, crazy tactics, or anything else.
