Darrell and his team were fair and honest. Lots of integrity there. They did great work for us and got us on the road the next day. He kept me posted all along the way and showed me the cause of the problem and explained what they had done to fix it. VERY happy with Darrell and they work they do.

I needed work done on my SUV, and I did not want to wait 3 months for the Chevy house just to look at it and tell me whats wrong, and then wait another week to a month for it to be fixed. But we also needed someone who accepted Car Shield. My husband found Premier. Even though we thought it would take at least a week (10 times better than 3 mos.) before they were able to look at it, it was only one day. I thought at least a week before the work is done. Nope! A day. Im blown away by how quick and easy this whole process was. Steven Dunlap (2nd St location ) is courteous and very easy to work with. This is now our GoTo place
