5 /5 Mark Baird: My sister recommended this shop to me and I have not been disappointed. It is my first stop for any problem with my aging truck. Repairs are always very well done and incredibly inexpensive. If they cant get to me that day they always tell me honestly how busy they are and when they can actually work on my truck. This is invaluable in helping minimize the time I am without my vehicle.
Several times I have taken work to them expecting hundreds of dollars in charges and the fix was very simple and only 20 to 40 dollars. Other times they have found hidden problems in the same area and alerted me to them. When I give them the go ahead to do the work, the labor is always discounted because "we already had it apart anyway". Try getting that from one of the chain shops over on the highway.
Occasionally, I have something that is out of the scope of what Brian does. (He doesnt rebuild transmissions, for example). In these cases, they always let me know up front so that I dont waste time bringing my truck in, or if my truck is there anyway, he will check it out and make sure it isnt something simple before I go elsewhere for an expensive repair.
Brian and Nancy are great people. Hard to find this sort of business in this day and age. Six stars!
