Deepak Quick check-in process, went on a weekday and less wait time. Takes an hour to reach from Austin so plan accordingly. Suggested time to visit is morning 7.30am. Waiting area is neat and is accomdated with water and snacks. Courteous staff. Attached the details for the service and also the checks covered in multi point inspection. Tire rotation is to be paid/mentioned separately.Have a good visit while here.

Diamond Kuhns I know if I ever get hail damage again I WILL bring my cars here! I had 2 cars with major hail damage and Carlos explained everything he was needing to do plus the time hell take to get it done, he took care of the cars very very well! He kept me updated on everything, when I got the cars back not only were they dent free but they were really really clean! I would say he is a perfectionist with his work! I definitely highly recommend you bring your cars here!! My husband an I are such satisfied customers!!

Ashlynn Tubbs So thankful for Roy and his help. Had another mechanic quote me $700 on something that wasn’t even wrong with my car. He was able to find the real problem in less than 5 minutes and it was only a $40 cost. Truly felt heard and seen about my car issues 10/10 would recommend.

I was aware of everything from start to finish. They are not like regular mechanics who just gets your car keep it for long periods of time (push you behind for work,regular lifestyle etc) my car was there was worked on & she is back in action!! RIC SEALE I want to commend Mario and the service staff at San Marcos Auto Center for exceeding my expectations. I brought my 2013 Chevy Traverse in Monday morning with some damage under the vehicle. Mario diagnosed the problem, and the part needed, found the needed part, had it shipped to San Marcos and my vehicle repaired before 3 PM on Wednesday. Some shops have taken that long just to diagnosis the problem! When he called to let me know the vehicle was repaired, I asked him what I owed, and Im glad I was sitting down! Not because of how expensive it was, but because of how reasonable the price was! I was literally prepared for a quote of four times what the price he gave me. Needless to say, I am appreciative of the honesty and fine work that Mario and staff gave this customer, and I highly recommend San Marcos Auto Center. A final word--Im seventy-two years young, a former sales manager and now a minister, and I have never given a five-star review for anyone, leastwise an auto repair shop!

Gabby M This my go-to for all paint and body needs! The team works with my insurance so that everything is taken care of and there is no extra costs for me. I brought in my vehicle and less than two days later it was fixed!! They are super fast, responsive snd courteous. I recommend Paul and the team to anyone! 5 stars Photos show the after and before. Disregard the messy car, that’s all me. They had it cleaned it up when I got it back :)
