The service and parts section changed my oil, rotated my tires, drained and replaced my transmission fluid and took a video of the entire check-up. Great coverage and detailed what I may need in the future. No pressure to have work not necessary and everyone was very pleasant. Comfortable lounge area to wait with free drinks and snacks. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is only due to my having to wait 15-20 minutes when I first arrived at my reserved appointment time. Everything else was wonderful. Also, the technician video is outstanding and thorough.

5 /5 Jenine Beckel: The Nissan New Braunfels service department is TOP NOTCH! ✨⭐️. Drove in service bay with a car that had all of its service lites on and within 10-15 minutes I had a rental car and was on my way home! Slick service, everyone is so friendly, especially Nikki Sinwich. She communicated with me daily on updates on my car and was a delight to work with. She also had my car pulled up to the bay as soon as she saw me pull in for pickup. I bragged to others about their personalized videos, that provide the customer with a full understanding of what is wrong with your car. Excellent JOB all and will no doubt come back to your location, even though I live in San Antonio! Great job and hats off to Nikki, you can tell she loves her job and her customers!

The technicians do a great job as well. After service is complete my vehicle is always returned clean and ready to go. Props to all the great work from Nissan of New Braunfels.
