4 /5 Julie DuBois: With optimism and hope, understanding the process and recognizing that this hospital strives to do their best to act as an outreach for those whom are in need of mental wellness, looking for answers on how to overcome obstacles that overwhelm their capacity to deal with the stress of living life on lifes terms, whether it be their choice or a choice made for them by a loved one, or that of someone acting on their behalf in their inability to do so, I give them an E for effort.
Most of the staff does their best to execute their job qualifications with professionalism and patience, especially with the wide variety of extreme highs and lows accompanied with every single patient encounter, on a regular daily basis.
First and foremost, they deserve recognition and appreciation for their care and concern.
Yes, it was weird and uncomfortable, intimidating at first, to say the least, not knowing what to expect and trying to go with the flow of things and how they flow. At the end of the day, they treat everyone with respect and dignity. They did their absolute best to meet the demands of everyone, regardless if they were upset they were there in the first place, to treat their patients as equals in Gods love.
Thank you all for the motivation and encouragement.
The world needs more people like those of you whom choose such a profession with such complexity.
I pray that the gratification that comes from helping those whom appreciate what you all do, trumps that of the ones who have yet to be able to.
