One Medical: Aldrich Street Mueller - Austin (TX)

5 /5 Lindsay Bong: Ive had the best experiences with One Medical at the Mueller locations, specifically with Dr. Petra Kelsey. Each appointment I went to felt like I was really heard and understood and given options on how to proceed. Dr. Kelsey has warm demeanor and is very knowledgeable on the issues I was having. The ease of same day blood/lab work and no wait times at your appointments add to the helpful experience. I havent had a PCP in years due to trouble getting appointments or clear communication/plan after appointments and cannot recommend Dr. Kelsey and One Medical Mueller enough.

5 /5 Jonathan Coffman: My care with Dr Mason has been great! It’s nice to have a PCP that stays up to date on the latest practices and also with an emphasis on sports medicine. The office staff from the front desk to the phlebs are always friendly and helpful.

5 /5 Violet Addams: Dr. Petra is amazing at IUD removal & insertions! It was the smoothest & most comfortable experience I’ve ever had with one! Due to the many different options to help ease the process it couldn’t have been more fun & simple instead of the scary painful thing I was expecting!

5 /5 Sam Pattnaik: I’m a big fan of One Medical and their staff and service and this location is no different. Love the modern doctor’s office decor and setup and the staff were courteous. I went for labs and the wait was about 15 mins with 2 people ahead of me - for a walk in. They validated my parking for 2 hrs as well. The lab appointment was quick in and out without 5-10 mins. Loved going here and will definitely go again.
