5 /5 Billy Moore: Anthony was great and Chuck as well. All the therapists were great and helpful. Nursing was good except I experienced some issues with responsiveness but it was usually because I seemed to always need help during the morning transition from the night shift to the day shift because of the nurses needing to do their change overs. Really a very good group of people in all positions from the top to bottom. The one thing I would suggest is a way to page for help more than once, due to the button not working again after the initial request. Especially when you are needing to get to the restroom.

They showed me that my current limitations were not as permanent as I had once believed. I have a new found hope in what progress looks and feels like. The therapists made me feel valued, safe, and supported. They have created a lasting imprint on my heart and mind and I cannot express how deeply grateful I am for the amazing work they do. I just got off the phone with Diane at PAM outpatient PT and feel so relieved and grateful for her persistence and effort on my behalf. She really listened to my concerns, and understood the many complications — from insurance to post-op protocol. She knew what to do and people to contact. She had every detail worked out in a day. I appreciate Amber’s and Diane’s input, time and effort working together to figure out a way to help me.

5 /5 Pete Raynor: The care I received at PAM was great. My therapy team, Distine and Madison, are very caring and pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. The nursing care is excellent as well. I am a “repeat offender” in that this last time at PAM was my seventh stay in 18 months. At each hospital discharge time I tell them to send me to PAM in Kyle.
