5 /5 Kirk Estus: Everyone I dealt with was as courteous and helpful as could be. We needed a engine replacement and a new radiator. When it was all said and done, the price was cheaper and finished faster than originally quoted. I would certainly recommend Ponders.

5 /5 Justin Shelton: This place and the people were great. Friendly and the most important they will bend over backwards to help you out. I was halfway into a 5 hr trip with my side by side in tow when my radiator cracked and I got a tow to Ponders. It was 4:30pm and they could have put me off til the next day but they got a new radiator in as fast as they could and the mechanics stayed after to fix me up. They cleaned up the engine and even hooked my trailer back up for me to get me back on the road. They saved me from a lot of lost time. I would recommend them to anyone.

5 /5 ramonalisa willis: Took my old beater in for a water pump and thermostat today. Car was taken in almost immediately, and was finished by the time I needed to get to work only a few hours later. Mechanics are top notch,explain everything and didnt try to finesse me into things I didnt need. Times are super tight and not only did I get a heavily researched good deal, but for no other reason than to be accommodating and hospitably compassionate, the owner cut me an amazing deal on the timing belt I also needed to complete the job. I was not expecting that courtesy. My car is driving smooth and better than it has since I bought it two years ago. Will be returning soon to tie up some other loose ends for peak performance. No need to go anywhere else after this experience. Looking forward to a long road trip.

5 /5 Bryan Castro: While on a family vacation, our car broke down 8 hours away from our home. Ponders was the only shop in town (we called everyone) that could look at our car the same day. We were originally told after they ran some diagnostics that it could be a leak in the head gasket but they wanted to be sure before they gave an estimate to fix it. The next day they called first thing in the morning to give us news that it wasnt the head gasket but instead the coolant fan and thermostat. They had our car fixed the same day and had us on the way. I was explained in detail of all the tests that were completed and what each one showed and meant. I couldnt be more please with the service and personal touch that they had to ensure that we we able to get back home. Highly recommend this shop. If you are looking for integrity, knowledge, and a shop that truly cares about their customers, Ponders is the place.

5 /5 Abbey Evergreen: We are from out of state but needed some work done now, we used Ponders because of the exceptional reviews on Google and it was absolutely the right decision! They were all super friendly and were very accommodating during the service with our two dogs. We packed lunch and were planning on it being most of the day but they finished up a little after 1030, to our surprise! Very very please with how professional and friendly everyone was and we wanted to continue the good Google ratings. Thank you everyone at Ponders!!
