5 /5 OT HVAC: I recently had to complete a major engine overhaul on one of my company vehicles. Having had a great experience with Premier Automotive in the past, I chose to return there to start with a diagnostic. At the time, I wasn’t fully aware of how severe the issue was. The initial diagnostic revealed a loss of compression in one of the cylinders. They offered me two options: proceed with a full teardown to get an exact quote or receive a rough estimate based on the likely issue. I appreciated being given the choice and time to decide.
After spending a couple of weeks gathering the necessary funds and comparing estimates from other shops, I ultimately chose Premier Automotive again due to their previous excellent service and strong customer support. Once they disassembled the engine, they discovered significantly more issues than initially expected. However, they maintained clear communication throughout the process and presented me with several options for how to proceed.
I decided to go ahead with a complete engine overhaul. We agreed on a price that I felt was fair, especially compared to other estimates I had received. When the work was completed, they returned the truck cleaned and also reviewed a few minor issues they had found during the repair, along with future maintenance items to keep an eye on.
Overall, it was a great experience. I never felt pressured or misled, and I truly appreciated their transparency and professionalism throughout the entire process.
