He has changed my oil twice, fixed my turning signal switch, and replaced my radiator. The pricing is very reasonable and you also get to support a small business not a franchise so it’s a win win because I’ve found that small businesses care deeply about their customers!

5 /5 Steve Cisneros: What an amazing shop! Friendly, knowledgeable and took care of this veteran when in need. While visiting Lubbock from Colorado my Silverado 2500 started to give me trouble and left me basically stranded with no way home. I called multiple dealerships/shops and none of them could even look at my truck right away the earliest was a 6 to 8 day wait. Premier Truck & Auto Repair took me in that day and the technician Austin quickly troubleshot and fixed the problem. I greatly appreciate what these guys did for me and my daughter to get us back to Colorado. Thank you and God bless..

5 /5 Michael Chavez: I have used other shops in Lubbock for service and repairs. In my years of finding great customer service, I met Wally. Wally was always willing to listen to all my concerns and would even go with me on test drives to point out what I was hearing. When my vehicles were in the shop he always kept me updated with the issues they found and a timeline. Wally and Austin have started their own business, Premier Truck and Auto Repair. I will say the customer service that Wally showed me when working on my Excursions led me to follow him to his shop. I recently had one of my Ford Excursions come in for a tune up, and rear A/C concerns. Again, Wally kept me in the loop. The service once again was superb. The price is comparable or slightly cheaper than other shops. I will say if you have any Auto Repair needs that is out of factory warranty, or just service to a car this is the place to go. The team is honest and care about their customers.

5 /5 Jonathan Vasquez: Please note, I usually do maintenance on my vehicles myself. Unfortunately, I broke down in Lubbock (Im from out of town) and had no idea how I was going to get my truck fixed or back to Clovis NM. I was blessed to run into Austin in the parking lot as I was trying to get my truck started. He was able to help coordinate a tow truck and have my vehicle towed to his shop and even facilitated me getting a room for a couple nights. On the first day he was able to work on my truck he fixed it as soon as possible without sacrificing quality or integrity of the vehicle. I am 100% satisfied with the services offered by Premier Truck and Auto Repair. Although I live 2 hours away, I will continue to come back to this location to have maintenance done on my diesel truck. I recommend Premier Truck and Auto Repair to anyone in need of servicing or vehicle maintenance.
