Pres and Son Car Care - Alice (TX)

5 /5 Julio Josue Del Castillo: Totally Awesome Experience at Pres and Son Car Care in Alice, Texas ! My wife, 3 year old daughter and dog were stranded 20 miles before reaching Alice on our trip to the Rio Grande Valley just this weekend. The water pump went out on my 07 Trailblazer and we eventually got towed to the hotel across the street. First thing in the morning I walked on over there and spoke with the owner, his daughter and another mechanic. Very sweet and impressionable people they literally treated us fairly and made us a priority. They are honest and hardworking people so dont pay attention for the last guys review because they literally had us out and back on the road in 2 hours! Thank you so much Pres and Son Car Care for saving the day!! :)

A tire shop down the road had us thinking my car was totaled, and we expected the very worst - but Mike and Nora kept it real and got us back on the road in under 2 hours!! Its so rare to find a good mechanic who genuinely wants to help people and cares about their work. You can trust that whatever they are charging you is fair, and they will do quality work. I dont hope to get stranded anytime soon, but I know I wouldnt call anyone else if I was in the area again. My family is truly grateful for this couple.
