5 /5 Sally Johnston: My husband took our 2012 Toyota Highlander to their shop on 7-8-25 for new brakes, a coolant fluid flush and to diagnosis some other issues. We dropped it off late morning and was told they wouldnt have time to immediately look at it.
They went over a list of items and the owner went through each one and gave a priority level as to the visit that day. We fully expected the car to be with them for a few days since there were several vehicles in their parking lot.
To our surprise, they called before end of same day to alert my husband that all repairs had been performed and was ready for pickup! The amount they charged was MUCH less than we had anticipated and very little for labor.
When we arrived he went in to pay where the owner reviewed everything completed and what could be done on next visit. As I was sitting in my car, a precious elderly man came out holding a beautiful, gigantic red rose with a plate of candy! I have never had an experience like that in any service industry. What an adorable man. Today is 7-14-25 and the rose is still in full bloom.
Our Highlander drives like its brand new. We will take our vehicles here forever and recommend to everyone we know.
