Judith Gould I was just cleaning my car and when I was ready to leave my car didn’t start. I got out and walked toward the garage area and I see Dom walking towards me. I asked him if someone could jump my car. He went into action and not only did he jump my car, but tested my battery. Sure enough it failed! To save money he told me to go next door to O’Reilly and he would install it. He called O’ Reilly, and explained what I needed. He was so nice and smiled throughout the whole thing. I was so impressed with his positive attitude, and professionalism. Chad assisted him and he was just as great; he even fixed my car clock. Right before I left, Dom noticed a can of tomatoes under my drivers seat that was stuck. Sure enough he went into action and got it out! Lol, I left there feeling so taken care of. 100% Satisfied! -Kathy

David B. Was looking for somewhere to take my car after it broke down. Im new to the Georgetown area. Read the wonderful reviews made my choice to come. They are true! James was kind and wonderful to work with. Very quickly isolated the problem and provided insight as well. Left me with things to look out for and keep an eye on which was much appreciated. He even fixed some of the buttons in my car that were fading. I didnt even notice till the next day. Will definitely be returning for any future needs!

Stuart Sutton We have used Sun Auto for many years and have never had a bad experience. Thats saying something when it comes to auto repair! They are always courteous, always give detailed explanations of the work recommended and the work needed, and yes, their prices are competitive. Its a nice plus to have a ride home too.

Glen Barrett Came in for an oil change and tires and was pleasantly surprised that the wait wasnt long at all, even though they were clearly busy. Joey and his team worked diligently to ensure that I felt like a priority and not just another number on a list. They were knowledgeable and friendly while helping me decide what tires were going to serve me best based on my vehicle and the way I drive. I wish i could give them more than 5 stars!! 100% will be back!!

Jessica Wright Im so Happy I came here. Addy was my service advisor and she was Great! She communicated every update there was on my car and she is also very knowledgeable which I appreciated so much. Customer Service was also great! Now I wish I could personally thank every person that worked on my car cause oh boy my car was bad. They all did an awesome job and I was so happy with the results, my car looks brand new! I was also worried about the paint job, but was very impressed on how perfectly they matched up the color. Thank you so so much for all of the hard work that was put into my car all of you guys are very much appreciated!!!

Danny Davila I Recently had my infinity serviced at the dealership were I bought the car. They gave me list of things that needed attention asap! As much as I wanted them to go ahead and service all the issues I really couldnt afford their prices. So I took my vehicle to Service Auto Experts in jarrell were Jason, the owner took my vehicle and did the same work for almost half the price. Ill be damn if that car doesnt run like brand new! I really appreciate the attention to detail as he even cleaned the engine to make it look like New!!(who does that, lol) anyway those dudes are Awesome and Jason is one smart dude when it comes to your car.I will definitely return their in the future as needed.
