5 /5 Cole S: Quality Auto Care is by far the best auto/mechanic shop that I have yet to have experienced in Waco. JD and is team are not only incredibly knowledgeable on all things automotive but they also have continued to show me the upmost levels of customer care and professionalism. It has been proven to me time and time again that this shop operates on a basis of honesty and straight shooting. You will always get the best price for the high quality work that you are receiving, and if they happen to get something wrong you will never be on the hook for that. They will make it right! Quality Auto care is a true family owned business that that treats you just as such, like family. There is a comfortable waiting room atmosphere, true hospitality, and staff with an awesome niche for humor and care! Whether you need routine maintenance, stock part replacement, or in my case, untested custom work (upgraded differential replacement), Quality Auto care is the place for you! Since my initial visit I have returned and will continue to do so with all future repairs. I cannot recommend them enough, and if you’re on the fence simply give the shop a call and let JD’s knowledge instill you with confidence!!

5 /5 Alyssa Arredondo: I’m not the type to understand much about cars. When I brought my car in for a check because the check engine light was on. JD and his employees were fantastic about finding the problem quickly and literally walking me through what was going on. I was expecting to be down a vehicle for at least a day or two and he had it fixed within a few hours and I had it back before closing! Wonderful people that work there! 10/10 would recommend bringing your car by for anything!

5 /5 Jessica Rogal: We have used Quality Auto Care for a few years now (since we found out about them). The best thing that keeps us going back is JD is always upfront and honest. This last time when I called JD walked me through things that could possibly be wrong to see if it would be an easy fix that we could do before taking it in. No other mechanic shop would do that for you. Everyone is also so nice and friendly. They will make sure you understand what’s going on (I have been in there when elderly couples have been and they always make sure to talk there time when they need to).
