Will definitely be coming back with her. It also very nice to see more girls in the prominently male field of work.

5 /5 Maria Infante: Went in for an oil change. First my Ford App let me know I needed one. Next I got a text to let me schedule one. I went ahead and called to see if they could get me in at a convenient time. They did and along with the oil change, they told me they could do other checks with my permission. I agree and sat down in their comfortable waiting area watching TV. After about an hour to hour and a half, my car was ready. Paid my invoice and left. Every one was polite and this was quick and effortless on my part. Ford is so convenient. But more important, I dont have to worry about their expertise. That is why I love buying Ford vehicles and having them do the maintenance.

2 /5 Mario G: Terrible service took my truck in for “the works” oil change and they said they couldn’t do tire rotation because they didn’t have tool to remove bolts! The room my car in for “the works” this time I checked everything before and after the service! They didn’t too off fluids, didn’t rotate tires, and didn’t check hoses and belts! Went to talk to employee and he said my fluids were too low to fill!!! And when I pointed out the ones that were just missing a bit he said well it’s pretty close to full!!! Was so mad they finally agreed to fill my fluids and actually washed the car this time!!! It took so much to convince them to do the fluids I forgot about the e tire rotation and belts!!! Make sure u check ur vehicles before and after for ur own good at least every other time to make sure they doing what ur paying for!!!
