5 /5 Isaiah: Me and my wife have worked with Raul and his team and they’ve been awesome. We just moved out to Jarrell with our kids and were a bit worried whether we’d find a good shop to take our cars. But after talking to Raul and taking our cars there we are very happy to call this our local shop! Very respectful staff as well, overall great experience!

I dont know if their technician was in a hurry or they dont want to give me an extra screw for my front cover, but my car ends up like that (you can see the picture). I took care of my car for 7 years with no problem and just moved here with a bad experience. Thanks for fixing my car but if we can put our hearts into the job, we can go further than expected. Another thing, my lug nut missing also. What is going on here? Update: I had phone call from the owner (Mr. Raul) and customer service staff to give them 2nd chance for fix the mistake. After dropping off my car for technician take a look and fix again, Mr. Raul offered to fix the broken part for me. Really appreciated and feel good with their customer service.

The transparency and communication throughout the process were amazing. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. The service itself was quick and high-quality. I’m more than pleased and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I dropped my truck off Saturday morning and was able to get a quote Monday and pick up Tuesday. They did a Great job, very nice and got it done quicker than I thought they would. Highly recommend!!!!!

5 /5 Cheyenne Chandler: I would rate R & A Auto shop 10 stars if I could. My boss and several other coworkers actually recommend this auto shop to me and it was super convenient because it was less than a mile from my house. I literally walked home in less than 5 minutes. The sheer convenience of Raul’s location left me wanting to leave 5 stars just for that. My boyfriend actually took his car to Raul’s shop first and his team was able to fix the issue within the day. I took my car about a month later to get a complete new ABS system. His team let me source my own part and was able to work with me about pricing. What stood out to me most, was that the diagnostic fee I paid a few days prior went into the total cost of the repair. I had to bring my car back a few days later for some other issues regarding the ABS system and Raul and his team was able to quickly get my car looked at and returned back to me within the next day at no cost. R & A Auto shop is not only my new mechanic shop, it’s now the place my entire family will take their cars as well. My mom and I plan on taking our cars later in the year to get our brakes replaced. Can’t recommend this place enough.
