There were multiple things wrong with my vehicle and Rafael was able to show me exactly what the issues were so that I could visually understand it all. That made me feel comfortable in trusting him to make the repairs. He got my car done quickly and he was very open & honest and there was great communication during the process.He was willing to start earlier & stay later so I could get back on the road which shows me how dedicated he is. It is hard to find someone that doesn’t try to take advantage of the customer (especially females) in this industry so from now on this is the only place I will have my vehicle worked on.

Stvn455 Bryce and Wes were very helpful. I had to travel for work and they serviced my vehicle while I was away. Drop-off was easy and they kept me informed through each step of the process. The technician, Harrison, had trouble duplicating my concern because I didnt describe it correctly. Firestone called me, got more info, found the problem, and fixed it. I picked it up today and the entire transaction was smooth. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!

Charles J. Board I had a small job that needed done so I took an auto part to Advanced Auto Hail and Collision Repair for painting as I was doing restoration work on a vehicle myself, but I needed a part painted. Advanced Auto Collision Repair did a perfect paint job on my Jeep fender. Coverage, smoothness of the paint and deepness of the color was perfect. Could not ask for a better job at a very reasonable price. Ask for Juan, hell take good care of you.

At other places, I’ve gotten so used to receiving a long list of additional needed repairs, even when I only went in for a state inspection. Daniel Sudduth I have a 2022 Dodge Charger that must’ve had the front end assembled on a Friday, if you know what I mean. Had some failing parts and took it to Automotive ER as I’d heard great things. From the start, everyone was super nice and listened to the issues I described. I dropped the car off and they got to work. Kathy and Kim are SUPER COMMUNICATIVE! As soon as they had an idea of what was going on and how much repairs were gonna be, I got a clearly laid out text with the issues and repair costs. Approved, and they got to work. Done just over a day earlier than they said. Great repair work, it drives like it should have from the start, and the cost was in line with what I anticipated. No BS, just car people. Go if you need repair or body work!

Jill Chao I had to get my vehicle emissions inspection done to renew my registration. Jeff at the front desk and Vic (technician) helped me today and service was super fast and friendly! Like in and out in less than 10 minutes. The emissions inspection was $18.50
