5 /5 Koli McGirr: We recently had a very complicated problem with our car acting strangely, and several other shops simply couldnt figure it out. We even got stuck on a trip on a Saturday, and Red Barn Automotive Specialists took us in, performed an advanced diagnosis, and pinpointed the problem right away. Seth Thomas, in particular, is incredibly knowledgeable and possesses the analytical equipment necessary to resolve even the most complicated electrical issues. It turned out the main culprit was the Transmission Control Module, but he also uncovered several other underlying problems with the car that well need to address, issues that other shops were completely unaware of. I had a very good experience with Red Barn Automotive Specialists and truly felt like I was in capable hands, especially after getting no answers from other places. I would definitely recommend them!

5 /5 Deanna Butts: I highly recommend this repair shop. I needed my water pump replaced on my 2014 Ford Explorer. They took my vehicle in right away even though we called late on a Saturday afternoon. They did a complete diagnostic of the vehicle and gave me all of the information along with an estimate by Monday, and allowed me to chose if I wanted other found issues to be repaired at the same time. Even though this was during the Holidays, they were quick with the repairs and kept me updated on the status of the repairs. I will be using this shop for my automotive repair needs from now on.

5 /5 Gwendalynn Clay: First time customer and I am not disappointed one bit!!! He got my daughter’s car in, determined what needed fixed, got back to me the same day, ordered parts the same day. Parts came in and he had the car ready to go. The turn around time was excellent and he was very nice, explained everything to me, wasn’t pushy to do more then what was needed. Communication was excellent, I knew what he was waiting for and what he was doing and when. I will definitely be going back if needed, in the future!! Overall, wonderful experience, he knows what he is doing!!
