5 /5 Byron Baumann: I love it when I find a repair shop with knowledgeable techs and great service. I took my Suburban in for an alignment and they did it while I waited since I was going out of town.. It drives straight and they did it for a good price...less than I expected. I do most of my own work, but these guys will be good to have on stand-by. I highly recommend! Trustworthy and a little old school. I like it.

5 /5 Texas Nurse: There is ALOT to be said for phenomenal customer service. I had my Tahoe towed and serviced several months ago (loose battery connections) by Rick’s. Started having similar issues again, took in this morning and when they looked at another set of cables (cause there’s a bunch) they noticed they were loose and sparking. They quickly tightened them and then wouldn’t let me pay anything. I tried, but they said it wasn’t a big deal! In today’s world it’s hard to find that kind of service.

5 /5 ASH Sanchez-Hood: I cannot express the gratitude I have for Ricks Automotive. I have an older truck, a 2009 that only has 186,000. Was having issues with oil pressure and decided to take to the dealership. Was told my truck was pretty much a paperweight and needed a new engine. $14,000. All because I had low oil pressure. I had it towed over to Ricks and explain the situation. They actually sent videos of them doing the test there was supposed to be done at the dealership. Needless to say they took the time to actually work with my truck. They repaired the problem which was in the oil pump system and not a new motor. The truck runs fantastic. Everything I have will now go to Ricks.
