5 /5 DOHN HOWARD: I have been using Mr Houssain for probably 12 years now and you can’t find a better mechanic and now his son is there as well and I’m sure he’s getting all the fabulous training from his father. I have to say Mr Houssain is fair and honest I am a disabled person Who makes very little income. Mr Houssain always tries to help me but the biggest thing that impresses me is that if there’s not a problem he will tell you & he will not get under there and make problems so that you have to pay a bunch of money. He’ll tell you “I don’t find any problem you need to take it back home” lol. or like he told me once… “I think it’s the user”… It was pretty funny. As strange as this sounds sometimes I feel like he treats me like one of his daughters and I trust him as much as I do my own father. He is just a good honest family man who runs a good honest business and I hope to use him for years to come and I’m grateful that he doesn’t find stuff wrong to keep me coming back just to make money off of me like so many mechanics out there do. 5 /5 Unknown Unknown: The team of Rockdale AutoShop is a great place. Loyal and honest and way better pricing for labor when you supply the parts after they diagnose your car and its free diagnostics other places 165.00 to 200.00 not mention how other shops are they way over charge customers and I mean they do. Example my transmission fluid need to be changed but I had to supply the fluid in which i did. this place charge me 100 dollars to change fluid the right way other places wanted 300 to 400 to even 500 thats ridiculous! When I came here, they took really good care of me i cannot go to anywhere else to trust other the automotive shops but Rockdale Autoshop is trust worth again loyal and honest and way way better pricing for labor!
