Vickie Murphy I have read the negative reviews and Im glad I did that after I went because I have been to several shops in Midland and have not found a good one yet until now. I was a walk in so I had to wait a while but so glad I did. Kim and her sister where not only so very sweet but do outstanding work. I wont be going anywhere else so worth the wait!!! Thank you again Kim for taking such good care of me!!

Heather Turnbill Had a spa day today and it was great! Sarah did an awesome job on my massage. And literally no more neck pain. Allison did a wonderful sculpting facial and I love how smooth and glowing my skin is now. I’ll admit I spent way too much time in the quiet room today, I love that place. All the staff is so nice and sweet. I highly recommend Woodhouse for your next spa experience.

Mom Whocares I got a pedicure and new set of nails. It was nice that it wasn’t a shop that was obnoxiously busy. I had good conversation with the shop owner and will return.

Haylee McBride Guy who did my manicure kept complaining so much about the previous client wanting two nails fixed. He rushed on mine and didn’t clean up underneath. They weren’t terrible, but definitely noticed how off they were when I left. Probably won’t return.

Channing Parks My mom and I went in today for both of us to get pedicures and my mom to get a fill. I had a wonderful experience with Hector but my mom was treated terribly by the other women in the shop. They kept pushing her to spend more money than she wanted to and made her feel terrible for the shape her feet and nails were in. They were very obviously talking bad about us. The woman that did my moms fill was irritated and rude from the start. She yanked my moms hands around and yelled at her for asking for a cat eye polish. It was such an awful experience and the only reason we would come back is because of Hector and what an amazing job he did with talking to us and making us feel welcome when the other women were so rude.

Joni Garcia Ive come to Luxury Nail spa for a couple of years now. They are all incredibly kind and accommodating. I saw one specific tech for a while and while he was gone for a couple of months, they ensured that I was taken care of during that time. Now, I see any/all techs and always have a good experience as they all take pride in their work. They stay super busy but ensure that their clients are helped as quickly and professionally as they can.
