griffin rogers Well, my most exciting part about owning a vehicle…it’s gonna need service. I live in San Antonio, driving North, my car dies in San Marcos. She (my car) goes to Frank’s. From the first call to my last call, I was treated as if I lived around the corner. Chris was the gentleman that helped me get signed in…he told me, to head back to SA, he would get the team on the truck and get an estimate out, asap. The continued invest on my vehicle was important. The simple fact that they were honest, they had it broken down, per my budget and asked what did I want them to do. Honesty, friendly and understanding is all we could ask as customers…AND a running car. FRANK’S will take care of the issues & the high tech service we all want, with the small town Texas service. Ray Flores Took my sons vehicle to Reliable and felt really good about them! We originally had some work done at Sun Auto, but there was a slight, minor issue. Sun Auto has a 2 year, 24K warranty. We found that Reliable Automotive was in the Sun Auto family that would honor the warranty. Reliable were able to diagnose the issue in a couple of hours and were finished with the work in 3. They also have a shuttle service. Highly recommend. Very professional and trustworthy.
