5 /5 becky clemenza: Joe is the best when it comes to perms!! My first one lasted for 1&1/2 years. That part still looked good but my hair had grown out so much that I needed another one for the new growth. I love my perms that he does!! His price is very reasonable and he is a very sweet nice gentleman!!! Just saying.....
