5 /5 Jessie: Tristen is, by FAR the best hair stylist and hair colorist that I have ever had. And I have been getting my hair done for over two decades. Shes the BEST. She did my hair for many years while living here in Austin and I have been missing her tremendously since she moved to Tyler... Please come back! She really truly listens to you intently on what your preference and needs are for your hair and executes them all flawlessly. I have a pretty difficult customer to please because my hair grows fast but it is semi-then towards the ends So I dont like a lot of length cut off of it. I also love a lot of dimension and color in my hair but without compromising the health and integrity of it or stripping it of its moisture and natural shine. Tristen really just "gets it." Shes like the "hair whisperer." She truly has a gift. And she understood that I wanted to keep the length of my hair, but still also have some volume and healthy bounce back in my hair with a low maintenance color that looked incredible without stripping and destroying my hair altogether. I cannot Ever recommend her highly enough, Not only for her skills and talent as a hair stylist / hair colorist, but also for her outstanding customer service and active listening skills (sadly thats rare) and shes just a really kind, easy going and sweet human being. I miss her and cant wait for my next trip to East Texas, I will totally be stalking her!

Dorothy has been my Hairstylist for 5 years & Ive never had a bad haircut or hair color. She really takes care of her clients. And makes sure her clients look, and feel good before walking out of her salon suite.

She keeps conversation with you and truly makes you feel so safe and at home in her chair. I couldnt be happier with her work. Highly recommend seeing her.

When I first went to her I had been in east texas for 4 years and had yet to find a stylist that understood my weird demands and could execute them. I had gotten my hair cut by several people throughout east texas and every time it was a disappointment. When I sat down with her I explained the rebellious nature of my straight thick hair and needing something cute but low maintenance due to some injuries that prevent me from using styling tools. When we were finished it was the cutest my hair has ever looked. Got compliments and didnt even have to "do" it. It was so low maintenance that air drying it was all it needed. Tristen has the most easy going personality that she makes you feel relaxed without being judged. Absolutely adore her and her commitment to listening to her clients. She will go above and beyond to give you what you ask for.
