5 /5 Maayteee Gonzalez: I recently visited the salon and had the pleasure of working with Regina. She did an amazing job cutting and adding a gloss treatment to my hair! Regina was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful throughout the entire appointment. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and the results were even better than I imagined. My hair feels healthier, shinier, and I absolutely love it! Thank you, Regina, for the wonderful experience—Ill definitely be back!

Since I moved to SA I was looking for someone who could take care of my hair and since I started with Kassandra my hair is getting healthier, stronger and is growing. She recently did this balayage and it looks amazing and healthy (which is so impressive after bleaching). I recommend her a 100%! Also all the personal is amazing as well.

I called several other salons in town trying to get squeezed in on a last minute basis and of course was met with snappy secretaries. However when I called Salon Lumen, the owner April had the sweetest attitude and customer service towards me. She got me an appointment right this morning and it was the best experience I have ever had. Angelica did my hair and gave me the most gorgeous Brazilian Blowout ever! It took a long time because I have very very long hair but Angelica was patient and very kind. She had me laughing throughout my appointment! For anyone looking for a salon you need to make this your regular place. It is most definitely high quality and the stylist are very knowledgeable and trustworthy! Cant wait to come back!

5 /5 Jaden Ray: I have nothing but good things to say about Salon Lumen. Long story short I decided to dye my hair myself and it ended up looking like a disaster. I was absolutely devastated and called Salon Lumen in desperate need of help. April talked to me over the phone and assured me that they would be able to fix my hair one way or another and to immediately come on in. Once I got to the salon, Sarah did a test strand on my hair to make sure I could go blonde and did an absolutely wonderful job of getting me to a beautiful blonde. I left Salon Lumen happier than ever and feeling so much better about myself. I’ve uploaded before and after photos. The results speak for themselves. Thank you to the women of Salon Lumen for helping me out during my hair crisis! I’ll for sure be coming back!

It’s obvious that they truly care about giving me the haircut that I want as opposed to what they want to give. Cut, color, style, and care for your hair is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and personable. If you want it done right the first time, this is the place to call.
