5 /5 Ashley: There arent adequate words to express my appreciation for Dianna and the staff at Salon Sculpt. I recently posted on Facebook asking for help, and Dianna was tagged. She messaged me and offered her help with my daughter. My daughter had placed her hair in a messy bun and back combed it. She created a huge tangle, and we worked on it for days with minimal success. I was overwhelmed, and one salon told us she would have to shave her head. This was devastating to my daughter (and myself). The love, compassion, and determination that we both felt from this place was moving. My daughter walked in feeling defeated and overwhelmed. After her appointment, she was smiling from ear to ear and back to my beautiful girl. This salon isnt just a place to get your hair done beautifully. At one point, there were four women working on her hair at the same time. These ladies love you from the inside out. I wish I could put into words the sincere appreciation I have for Dianna and her staff. If you are looking for a place that will listen to what you are wanting, talk through the process, teach you what is best for your hair and sincerely care about you as a person, this is the best place to go in Lubbock! My daughter walked out a better human because of you, Dianna and I cant imagine going anywhere else. Thank you for investing so deeply into my daughter. This world is a better place because of you!!
