5 /5 RIC SEALE: I want to commend Mario and the service staff at San Marcos Auto Center for exceeding my expectations. I brought my 2013 Chevy Traverse in Monday morning with some damage under the vehicle. Mario diagnosed the problem, and the part needed, found the needed part, had it shipped to San Marcos and my vehicle repaired before 3 PM on Wednesday. Some shops have taken that long just to diagnosis the problem!
When he called to let me know the vehicle was repaired, I asked him what I owed, and Im glad I was sitting down! Not because of how expensive it was, but because of how reasonable the price was! I was literally prepared for a quote of four times what the price he gave me. Needless to say, I am appreciative of the honesty and fine work that Mario and staff gave this customer, and I highly recommend San Marcos Auto Center.
A final word--Im seventy-two years young, a former sales manager and now a minister, and I have never given a five-star review for anyone, leastwise an auto repair shop!
