4 /5 Amy Jea: Great service & communication overall. Typical for expected ‘recommendations’, but I really like having the video to reference. Only issue was with the long wait in trying to pick up the vehicle. It seemed quite long (given that we just had an inspection & it was complete). Otherwise, they are very thorough. Pricing is higher at any dealership, but they seem consistent & on par with any other service shop in reliability. I’d recommend keeping a good log of issues, using online tools for research & asking tons of questions! But that goes for any car, any dealer and any service where you don’t know the jargon. Because it is easy to be overcharged or pay for extra things… if you’re on a tight budget.
