5 /5 Bobby Martin: When a major problem happens on the road that leads to catastrophic failure it can be devastating and very upsetting. The team here walking me thru the entire repair process added photos along the way and at every step of the repair process. In my 38 years of driving and owning a car I have never seen anything like this before. The quality of the repairs and communication was absolutely 5 star . You can’t put a price on peace of mind. Thank you to the entire team that got my truck on the road , thank you for every step in the process. Forever grateful where ever you might be this is the place to get your work done hands down. Lot of shops claim to do good work this one backs it up.

5 /5 Brad Peterson: Honestly the best and most friendly shop Ive ever been to. They are very reasonable, and the work is done in a timely fashion. I brought in my BMW M5 Comp (which is my baby) for an oil change. Saved $100s from the dealers quote, and that included using the best sythentic oil on the market for high performance cars. Love these folks!

IMHO, companies that are at the pinnacle in providing customer service WILL win! It appears Service Street is deploying this strategy.
